Data Language (UK) Ltd operates https://datagraphs.com (the "Site") and https://app.datagraphs.io (the "App"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information from users of the Site and App. Personal Information is used only for providing and improving these services. By using the Site or App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Personal data collection and storage
We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address ("Personal Information").
Contact form data is stored securely in Google Apps and Monday.com (CRM), and is used only by the Data Language team.
App sign-up data is stored in Auth0, an industry leading authentication provider with documented security and compliance standards.
We will not share your personal data with any other organisation unless you provide us with your consent.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but it is important to note that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site or App ("Log Data"). We use Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyze this data.
Communications
We may use information you submit to send you Data Language and Data Graphs marketing materials and other relevant promotional content.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that store information about your browsing activity. We use Google Analytics to track website usage.
We also use Hotjar to analyze user experience data including IP address (de-identified), screen size, device type, browser information, geographic location (country only), and language preference. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1st January 2025 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time.
